Neil has been with ARM since 2015 and has over 30 years’ experience in customer focussed operations management, primarily in a technical, solution based role. His role is multi-faceted but his primary responsibilities within ARM are the identification, processing and management of non-water company opportunities. His extensive skillset includes management, marketing, client liaison and negotiation all of which he utilises fully in easing projects from their conception to completion. Neil likes to think that his most important responsibility is simply to make it easy for customers to work with ARM via effective, consistent communication, empathy for prospective clients requirements and a genuine desire to deliver the best solution first time, every time.
Away from work, Neil has been a semi-professional singer and – as well as studio work – has performed live in many styles of music including rock, soul, jazz and even spent several years with a full size swing orchestra. His other interests include astronomy, watches and keeping fit either by hiking and walking with his wife or running. He has been a runner for many years having completed several race events such as 10k’s, the half marathon and in 2002 the London marathon, which he finished after a dramatic and nailbiting sprint finish with a banana! Neil thinks it unlikely that Mo Farah would feel threatened by him.
Neil is a practicing Christian and attends a local church in his home town where he also sings.
