Phil joined ARM in January 2014 and has more than 20 years’ experience of working in the Water Industry. Phil started his working life as a draftsman before moving on to become a development engineer and then a Sales engineer and during this time gained a Higher Technical Engineering Certificate (HTEC) in mechanical engineering. Having come from a background of initially selling products in to the wastewater industry in the mid 90’s ,Phil then moved on to selling full treatment systems to both municipal and industrial wastewater clients in the U.K. and overseas. Phil’s role at ARM is to develop business with the U.K. Water Utilities, Consultants and Contractors with a particular focus on introducing ARM’s innovative constructed wetland technologies in to the U.K. and Irish wastewater treatment markets. Phil gets involved at all stages of the process from initial project development through to the issuing of proposals and final delivery of the project on site.
When not striving for world domination in wetland/reed bed technology Phil enjoys watching a wide range of sports including football, rugby, athletics and tennis and is a keen follower of Aston Villa F.C. Phil also enjoys rock music and going to rock concerts and has seen numerous artists over the years.
