Phil joined ARM in May 2021 joining the team to concentrate on identifying, developing and implementing marketing strategies and new technologies for the company’s constructed wetland treatment solutions. Phil began his career as a process chemist, developing waste minimisation and process optimisations, leading to increasing involvement in production management and operational control. Having worked in manufacturing Operation Management in the Chemical Industry, Fencing, Automotive Parts and Architectural Products, Phil began working in the wastewater treatment industry in 2004, gaining experience in the application of wetland technology in both the municipal and industrial markets worldwide.

Phil has been involved at all stages of the reed bed process from initial project development through issuing proposals, system design and ensuring regulatory compliance as well as final delivery of the project at site. Phil has managed a wide range of wastewater reed bed projects covering every continent (except Antarctica), including projects in East Africa valued at more than $200M.
